I was born and raised in Beijing, China, and completed my bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Beijing International Studies University. After graduation, I decided to further my expertise, and moved to the United States to pursue my master's degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

Professional Experience

Following my graduation, I began my professional journey in the hospitality industry as a Guest Service Agent at a luxury hotel. During my tenure, I was promoted to the position of Front Office Supervisor, and in less than two years, I served as the Front Office Manager. My meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle pressure, and remarkable communication skills led me to excel in all aspects of my job. In my current role as the Lobby Assistant Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the first impression of the hotel is outstanding. I manage a team of professionals who are responsible for the arrival experience, guest requests, and overall guest satisfaction.
